Use of our Application Program Interface, or API, is provided exclusively to our "Reseller" customers but not retail customers.
API access is also restricted by IP address. If you are attempting to integrate with our API and receive the error " User not permitted from this IP address - 8.8.8.8", your IP has not been whitelisted for use with your account. The error message will contain the IP address (e.g. 8.8.8.8) that you are connecting from. Please whitelist this IP with Enom by clicking here. You can also navigate to the same page by:
- Login to your Enom account
- Select the Resellers drop down menu

- Select API
Please keep in mind that this IP address should be static. The IP address in the error message might be different from your computer's IP address. It might be an IP from services such as WHMCS that you are using to connect to us. Please whitelist the IP address shown in the error message.

This describes the problem I'm having: I have a WHMCS installation through A2 Hosting and an Enom reseller account that is included with my A2 Hosting reseller account. When I try to order a domain on behalf of a client via WHMCS, I get the "User not permitted from this IP address" error message.
But when I log in to my Enom account, I don't see a "Resellers" drop down menu to follow these instructions.
I suppose it's possible my account isn't actually a reseller account? It's supposed to be, but maybe a mistake was made somewhere in the process.
Can you point me in the right direction?
This is the best that you have done for the resellers.
Thank you!!
I already made this steps, but i still receiving the same message, my account was refilled with USD 25, but i can make a transfer o register of domain.
