Use of our Application Program Interface, or API, is provided exclusively to our "Reseller" customers but not retail customers.
API access is also restricted by IP address. If you are attempting to integrate with our API and receive the error " User not permitted from this IP address - 126.96.36.199", your IP has not been whitelisted for use with your account. The error message will contain the IP address (e.g. 188.8.131.52) that you are connecting from. Please whitelist this IP with Enom by clicking here. You can also navigate to the same page by:
- Login to your Enom account
- Select the Resellers drop down menu
- Choose Manage
- Select API
Please keep in mind that this IP address should be static. The IP address in the error message might be different from your computer's IP address. It might be an IP from services such as WHMCS that you are using to connect to us. Please whitelist the IP address shown in the error message.
