This article will show you how to reset your Enom account Password and retrieve your login ID if you have forgotten it. This is the login and password you use to log into the Enom website to manage your services at Enom.com, EnomCentral.com, or BulkRegister.com.

Lost Password
If you know your Login ID but cannot remember your password and the email address listed on your account is valid, then you can use our online tool to have your password emailed to you:
- On our website, click My Account at the top-right.
- Click the Forgot Password? link.
- Enter your login ID.
- Click Continue.
- When prompted, provide the answer to the secret question.
- Click Submit
If you do not remember your login ID or the one you remember does not work, then it is possible that you have registered through one of Enom's many resellers.
Password Requirements:
- Must be 6-20 characters long
- May only contain Letters, Numbers, or one of the following characters: * - _ . / @
Lost Login ID
If you do not remember your Login ID, you can retrieve it by following the steps below:
- On our website, click My Account at the top-right.
- Click the Forgot Login? link.
- Enter your Domain Name and Email Address associated with your account
- Copy the Verification code in the "Prove You're Human" field
- Click Submit
If you are still unable to retrieve your Login ID or password using the suggestions above, or your email address on the account is no longer valid, please give us a call at 1-425-274-4500. We may be able to assist you if you remember the answer to your secret question on the account.
You can also Submit a Ticket or email CustomerCare@enom.com to recover your Login ID and password. Be sure to include a domain name to help us locate your account more quickly. If you need us to change the email address on file, please submit a request with the following attributes:
- Subject: Lost Login or Password
- Category: Support Request
- Question: Include the domain name, the Registrant's name and any other information to help us locate your account.
Once you have retrieved your Login information and have logged into your account, you will be able to update your account password and secret questions, or request additional help through our Support Center.
