The Enom Access Domain Management portal (access.enom.com) is usually provided by the reseller to the domain owner so the domain owner can carry out basic domain management tasks.

This control panel can not be used to renew a domain. You will need to sign into the Enom account to renew a domain.
1. How do I request a password reset so I can login?
- Visit https://access.enom.com
- Supply your domain name (without the www) in the domain field
- Leave the password field blank
- Supply the code in the security image in the reCaptcha field
- Click the Login button
- An error message will appear near the top of the page:
- Click the link titled Click here. A password reset email will be sent to the email address listed as the registrant (not admin, billing, or tech contact) for the domain. If you do not know what that address is, you can search via a whois lookup. If whois privacy is on for the domain, you will need to contact your reseller to find out what that address is. Alternatively, check all the email addresses that could be the registrant email for the domain to see if the password email arrived.
If you registered your domain name through Google, you can find out your password via the G Suite Admin console.
If your reseller has not given you access to the Enom Access Domain Management Portal, you will not be able to login. Please contact your reseller for help in this case. Your reseller can also set an access password for you directly in Enom's reseller control panel.
2. How do I transfer a domain away?
To transfer your domain's registration to another service provider, it will need to be unlocked, its WHOIS contact details must be made public, and you must obtain an EPP or Authorization key to provide to the new provider. The steps on how to complete these actions are listed on this page but is applicable for domains registered via Google only. For other domains, you would need to contact your domain provider.
- Please note that domains that have been registered for under 60 days are not eligible for transfer. The status on the domain will be serverTransferProhibited. There is no way to remove this restriction. Please wait out the 60 days before initiating transfer.
- Also note that a domain transfer is a separate process from "pointing" your domain name to website provider, but may also be requested by the new provider. You should "point" the name servers to your future provider prior to transfer so your website won't go down.
3. How do I lock or unlock a domain?
This option is available for domains registered via Google only. For other domains, you would need to contact your provider so they can do it through their Enom control panel.
Under Registrar Lock, click on Edit > Enable (or Disable) > Save
4. How do I enable or disable WHOIS ID Protect (contact privacy)?
This option is only available if your domain was registered through Google. For other domains, please contact your provider so they can do it for you through their Enom control panel.
- To make the domain's WHOIS details public, click "Contact Information", just above your domain name on the top-left side of this page:
- In the "ID Protect" section (right below the Registrant/Default Contact section), click on Edit > choose the desired option > Save.
If you do not see the ID Protect section shown below, that means your provider has not enabled this section. Please contact your provider.
5. How do I obtain my EPP or Authorization key?
This option is available for domains registered via Google only. For other domains, please contact your reseller so they can do it for you through their Enom control panel.
Under General Settings, click the "Email Auth Info to Registrant" link. An email will be sent to the domain's "Registrant/Default Contact" email address containing your EPP/Authorization key for transfer.
6. How do I modify name servers, host (zone), MX records, or forward my website?
Nameservers can be changed under the DNS Information section. If you have custom name servers entered in this section, you will not be able to modify the Host Records section nor the SRV host records section.
Nameserver changes take 24 to 48 hours to take effect. After updating nameservers or zone records, you might be able to see the changes by visiting your website from a different network. You can do so by turning off wifi on your phone to be switched to the cellular network. Visit the site from your phone to see the changes. If nothing changed, you will have to wait 24 to 48 hours.
Host records can be changed under the Host Records, SRV Host Records and Email Settings section. To remove an entry, simply delete the values for that entry. Host record changes takes about 15 minutes to take effect.
Possible record types that can be set are A, AAAA, CNAME, TXT, URL Redirect and URL Frame.
Example domain: acmeinc.biz

Here are two example entries for host records. The first entry creates a subdomain called "blog", that points to the IP address 188.8.131.52. Every time someone visits blog.acmeinc.biz, they are referred to the server located at 184.108.40.206. The server then provides the content for the site blog.acmeinc.biz.
The @ symbol in the second line represents the root domain (a.k.a. the base domain or the naked domain). In this example, the root domain is acmeinc.biz. Since there is a URL Redirect record for the root domain, every time someone visits acmeinc.biz, they will be sent to www.google.com instead. For the third line, every time someone visits www.acmeinc.biz, they will be send to www.google.com.
Instead of URL Redirect, there is also an option to create a URL Frame. URL Frame will not display the destination URL in the browser's address bar. It will load the destination content as if the content is being served directly from the domain itself. URL Framing is disallowed by many websites, however. If the destination website does not allow it, you will see a blank page. Therefore, when forwarding visitors, URL Redirect is a safer choice.
If you have a MX (mail) record, set it in the Email Settings section, not the Host Records section. The Email Settings section looks like this:

7. How do I change registrant / administrator / technical / billing contact info?
Click "Contact Information", just above your domain name on the top-left side of this page:
You will then be able to edit Registrant / Administrative / Technical / Billing contacts. All fields on any of the contact information sections are required, excluding Fax Number. Title/Role is a required field if Organization is supplied, and vice-versa. Otherwise these are optional fields.
Please note, when you modify any of the following four fields for the Registrant contact: first name, last name, organization name, and email address, a window will pop up asking if you want to "Enable 60-day transfer lock" Please make sure this is unchecked so your domain is not locked for 60 days. A locked domain can not be transferred out. Once locked, the lock can not be removed but will unlock by itself after 60 days. This lock is different from the regular domain lock.
Domains registered through Google will not have the 60-day transfer lock from the contact change.
If you make a change that requires verification, a notice will appear under the domain name. The notice will remain there until the verification process times out or is cancelled.
Your requested contact change has triggered the Contact Verification process. We have sent a verification email to email@example.com to verify ownership. Click on the link in the email within 7 days in order to apply the changes.
