Your domain can be registered one of two ways. You can have your domain name registered through Enom directly, or you can register your domain through one of our resellers.
Should you register your domain through one of our resellers, Enom will still show as the Registrar for your domain on a Whois search, but the way you manage your domain may not be through our website. The best way to know how to manage your domain is to reach out to your reseller.
We understand that this may not be information you have saved or written down, not to worry we've got you covered! You can look up your reseller's contact information using our reseller lookup tool.
How to find your reseller
- When you go to our reseller lookup tool, enter your domain name in the search field.
- Complete the captcha and then hit Search.
Note: If you get an error, please try the search again by refreshing the page.If you see the page below instead, that means you are signed into an Enom account already.
Note: You will either need to log out by clicking on My Account on the upper right corner of the page and then Sign out or use another browser that's not signed in, such as Google Chrome's guest mode.
A successful search result will show your reseller's name, website, phone number, address and email where they can best be reached.
The importance of contacting your reseller first
If you need to make any changes to your domain or renew any services, the most effective way to get things done is by contacting your reseller.
Your reseller and their agreement with you will change how you manage your domain. Some resellers will create an account that Enom can assist you with, but not all do. Your reseller will be able to direct you on how to log in to manage your domain or may be able to make the changes on your behalf.
If you are unable to get a hold of your reseller, please follow our unresponsive reseller process.
