You can look up your reseller's (domain provider) contact information at the following page:
If you see the page below instead, that means you are signed into an Enom account already:
To look up a domain's reseller, you will either need to sign out by clicking on My Account on the upper right > Sign out or use another browser that's not signed in, such as Google Chrome's guest mode.
Visit enom.help/lookup again. You should see the following:
- Enter a domain name. Please do not enter www. in front of the domain. A proper domain looks like "acmeinc.biz", "acmeinc.com", or "adamrocks.live"
- Enter the letters and numbers you see to the left
- Click "Search"
After performing a search, your reseller information will be listed. If you get an error, please try the search again. The reseller listed from the search result should be contacted for all help requests related to the domain (transfers away, EPP/auth code request, modifying A record, name servers, email services, accessing and managing domain etc).
If the contact information in the search result is unfamiliar to you or belongs to third party, that means the domain resides in a reseller account. You will not be able to login directly to enom.com, enomcentral.com, or bulkregister.com. The reseller, however, might've provided you with access to access.enom.com. See this tutorial for how to sign into that portal.
If the contact information belongs to you or your company and you need help gaining access to the account, please write to us from the email address listed in the enom.help/lookup search result.
Since Enom does not know of the agreement between you and the reseller, we can not modify domain settings for you nor provide support for you directly. If your reseller is unresponsive, please see this article.
