If you see the following page instead, that means you are signed into an account. Please sign out by clicking on My Account on the upper right > Sign out. Then revisit enom.help/lookup
After performing a search, your reseller information will be listed. Please contact the reseller for all help related to the domain, including transfers away. Since Enom does not know of the agreement between you and the reseller, we can not modify domain settings for you nor provide support for you directly.
If the contact information in the search result is unfamiliar to you or belongs to third party, that means your domain is residing in a reseller account. You will not be able to login directly to enom.com, enomcentral.com, or bulkregister.com. Your reseller, however, might've provided you with access to access.enom.com. See this tutorial for how to sign into that portal.
