What are "Reseller Inactivity Fees"?
On January 1, 2016, Enom began charging inactive account fees, at $25/quarter, to resellers who have not utilized their account in twelve months or more. Fees will be deducted from their account, in an explicit transaction, on the 15th day of the last month of the quarter.
The Inactive Account Fee is part of the Reseller Terms of Service. In addition, all funds deposited on account are deemed non-refundable per the contract.
An Inactive Reseller is defined as a reseller who, at the beginning of the quarter, does not have activity on their account for the previous twelve months.
- A fee of $25 will be charged quarterly, down to a zero balance
- Fees to be charged the 3rd month of the quarter, after deemed inactive

- Reseller balances cannot go negative
