There is a conflict with how WordPress 3.1 interacts with the CNAME Host Records of the web hosting account.
To resolve the issue, please take the following steps:
- Login to your WordPress account using the direct URL of the web hosting account, rather than the typical WordPress Login. (i.e. http://ehost-servicesXXX.com/wp-login-php).
- Please note that depending on the type of web hosting service and the manner in which your domain was setup on your web hosting account, this direct URL can be significantly different than the example. If you are unsure on how to locate this direct URL, please submit a support ticket listing the WordPress domain name and your web hosting account.
- Once you have logged into your WordPress account, go to the Plugin section and click "add new". Run a search for "Permalink Fix & Disable Canonical Redirects Pack".
- Install and activate this plug-in.
- Once the plugin is installed your WordPress website should be working again.
NOTE: Enom has no association with the author of the plugin "Permalink Fix & Disable Canonical Redirects Pack" and cannot offer direct support for this plugin. Additional troubleshooting steps can be found in the WordPress support forums.
