    So, our money is taken, and there is no live chat support or anything? That's not good.

  • But if I will see a pre-auth on my credit card . How can I recover my money?. How many time I have to wait for the return of my money.? . I have bought a domain today 13/07/2017 called for $61.10 . I did not get any email about order . My credit card was charged . But when I am looking for this domain , the domain is available. The truth , I want to recover my money . But if someone have a solution or I have to wait some hours for activation so I will do it.

    I am from Lima- Peru. 1$ is so expensive here.

    I just have bought domain "" on Enom with 24,57$
    However, my money is lost but there is not any feedback infomation or email about the domain name I bought :((
    Please  help me.

    Why is there no history of ordering a domain, I also ordered, sent to the cart, then paid. Payment has passed, and the domain has not appeared in the office, I've been waiting for two days, support is not responding to the mail, support is at a very low level.
