    Tried submitting a support request to find out how to get an EPP code, but two days later I have still not had any response.

    Also, the BulkRegister help page says "reach our agents quickly via our new online chat after signing in". Where is the online chat then?

    How do I get an authorization code to transfer my domain to another enom account holder? How do I actually do the transfer after I get the code?

    Bad news, Caroline & Matias - you'll probably be waiting a long time for the information you need. I submitted a support request about domain transfers more than three weeks ago (request #40587 on 4 April 2017) and I still have not had a reply, despite being promised an response by their social media team. Looks like enom/BulkRegister support service has completely collapsed.

    I needed to transfer my domain from Enom to another domain company. Someone can tell me how I can do it since the enom does not give this information. Thank you

    To get an epp code from BR you have to click on the domain name, then go to "general settings" you will see next to  "Auth Info / EPP Key" a link that says "Email Auth Info to Registrant" clicking this will send the EPP to the registrant email address. If you are not the registrant, then it won't go to you. You can see who the registrant is but going to "contact information." This is from a Bulk Register account, if you don't have a bulk account your UI may look different.

    PLEASE HELP!  I have tried to transfer my domain registration away from Enom three times. I have followed the instructions exactly. The first 2 times, my transfer request was denied by Enom for some unknown reason. I am attempting my third transfer and opened a support ticket to try to make sure it worked this time (hoping it would draw attention to the request).   No one has answered the support ticket and getting an actual person on the phone for support is a joke. I am on hold again as I type trying to talk to someone. 31 minutes so far and counting.  My ticket number is 119997.

    Good morning, I still do not resolve my transfer request. Please, I need a solution, make the transfer and leave the error at the end, they repaired $ 14.35 dollars, now they let me to the side iluminaperu.org, 

    that bad service, what happens with the company, the mails are important for personal use, every day generates expenses. the previous registrar gave me a deadline, if I did not make the transfer, they would block my domain and I would have no domain.
