If you are using Enom's name servers, and you've purchased Enom's email service, the system should change the MX record automatically. If not, you will need to change the domain's MX record.
If your name servers are Enom's default name servers, you can change the MX record in Enom's Domain control panel. If you are not using Enom's name servers, you will need to contact your name server provider. They are usually the same company that hosts your website.
You will only need one MX record, and it should follow this format:
mx.yourdomain.com.cust.a.hostedemail.com
You would replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name. For example, if your domain is example.biz, your MX record will be:
mx.example.biz.cust.a.hostedemail.com
Important: Please note that it's hostedemail, not hostedmail.
Once you have updated your MX record, please wait 15 minutes for the changes to take effect. If you changed name servers at any time during this process, the wait time is 24 to 48 hours. During the wait, some of your emails might go to your old service provider while some come to your new Enom services.
After the MX record change, please proceed to mail.enom.com to test your email service through our webmail or set up your email client.

Is it
mx.yourdomain.com.cust.a.hostedemail.com
or
mx.yourdomain.com.cust.hostedemail.com
They refer to both. Also, what is the target email server to use?
