Enom will end our reseller web hosting services on March 31, 2020. This move will help us streamline our product offering and platform to meet the needs of the majority of our resellers better and work to provide you greater value.
If you resell web hosting services, you need to find a new home for your reseller hosting business.
If you are a reseller with sub-accounts that sell hosting, you need to notify your sub-accounts. We recommend directing them to this page.
Key Dates
By the end of November 2019 — you will no longer be able to register web hosting services through your reseller account.
Before March 31, 2020 - you must download all necessary website files and begin your migration to Exact Hosting or the provider of your choosing. However, to avoid service interruptions for end-users, we recommend taking action as soon as possible.

FAQ
- Why is Enom EOLing it’s reseller web hosting program?
Enom is retiring our reseller hosting program so we can focus our time and resources to improve our platform and better meet the needs of the majority of our resellers.
- I don’t want to lose my sub-accounts — what can I do?
You’ll need to reach out to alternative providers to see if they can accommodate your sub-account structure. Enom is not able to recommend specific providers.
- How do I download my end-users’ website files?
When logged in to Plesk, select “Files” on the left sidebar, and you will be able to download all of the appropriate website files.
- Where can I learn more about Exact Hosting?
Check out the Enom > Exact Hosting FAQ.
- How does migrating to Exact Hosting Work?
The Enom > Exact Hosting FAQ will walk you through the process.
- Do you recommend any alternative hosting providers for resellers?
We recommend Exact Hosting, which, like Enom, is also owned by Tucow Inc. This means they can ensure a seamless migration.
- Does this EOL impact Enom’s retail hosting services?
If you are a retail customer that has purchased hosting directly from Enom, your account and services will remain active. The end-of-life for Enom reseller web hosting will not impact you. This EOL does impact resellers with sub-retail accounts, the sub-retail accounts themselves, and any end users that purchased hosting services via a sub-retail account of an Enom reseller.
