Hover is owned and operated by Tucows Inc., which also owns Enom and other internet services companies. Hover is a domain name registrar that provides domain names and email to customers.
Both during and after the migration, you'll have access to a dedicated support team for your domains and mailboxes. This migration process will be seamless, with your products and account information brought over by Hover.

What you need to do

Hover will send an email one week before the migration to inform you of the exact migration date.

On the day of the migration, you will be emailed your account information, including your Hover username.

Reset your Hover password by supplying the username provided in the welcome email.

Enter your account's billing information into your Hover account.

Browse through your new Hover account. If you have any questions or require help in any way, contact the Hover support team.
Services staying the same

| Account information | Your account information will be transferred seamlessly to Hover, including your account email contacts and account information. Management of all of your account information and products (domains and mailboxes) will be moved to Hover. |
| DNS | There will not be changes to your DNS settings, and you should not experience any downtime. |
| Domain expiry dates | All expiry dates for your domain names will remain the same. |
Services changing
| Service | Status |
| Control panel | Your services will no longer be accessible through Enom. During the migration, Hover will send you your login information to manage your services using the Hover control panel. Any additional domains or mailboxes you wish to purchase can be purchased through Hover. |
| Domain pricing | Domain name pricing will vary based on the type of domain you bought. Check the Hover domain pricing page for details. Volume discounts will automatically be applied based on the number of domain names you own. |
| ID Protect (WhoIs privacy) | Hover provides Whois Privacy for free on all eligible domains. If your domain has ID Protect enabled at Enom, Hover will continue to provide it. Your Whois information will be private throughout the migration. |
| Improved customer support | Expect improved customer service as a result of this migration. Hover has friendly and knowledgeable support staff that will provide full support for all of your services. |
| Payments | From now on, billing statements will either show "HOVER" or "TUCOWS INC" as the merchant, depending on your payment method. |
